Custom WordPress Themes
I am available on a consulting basis to create a Custom WordPress Themes for you. I encourage most small business owners to download economical (many times free) Themes from WordPress. However, there are times when you need a custom Theme for your website. Many custom themes can be built starting at $1,000. Depending on the complexity and features needed it may be more.
While I am not a designer, I am able to take as a starting point a PhotoShop Document (.PSD) or Image (.JPG, .PNG, etc.) of a design that you like or have developed with your graphic designer and turn it into a fully-functional, Search Engine Optimized WordPress Theme. Alternatively, if you have a web site that you like, I can use that as a starting point and build a custom theme that matches it.
I can also build any Custom WordPress Plugins that may be required to allow you to add or modify header and footer contents and fully customize the appearance of your site without the need for you to contact a developer, modify .PHP files, or do any coding.
If you have a Theme that you like but would like some things changed, I can do that too. Some examples:
- Integrate Custom Post Types into your theme for better content management.
- Add additional widget areas (sidebars), or change the appearance and position of existing Widget areas.
- Perform Search Engine Optimization changes to an existing theme to help you rank better with Google and Bing!
- Bring an old, outdated WordPress Theme up to date by removing dependencies on deprecated APIs. This ensures that your theme will work with future versions of WordPress when those old APIs may not be available any more.
- Add WordPress Customizer features so you can change colors, fonts, etc. yourself without having to call a developer or edit PHP and CSS code.
